Government forces shell same township again in central Shan State

The 'plug in' seems to have been upgraded.

At a glance it seems like this version has features that were absent from the first. Maybe it's just me but the option to expand to full screen seems new as well as the 'teaser break'. Whatever, they will give me something to look into.
